Whether you’re looking to sweat it out or wind down, The Ātman Room provides a welcoming and nurturing environment where you can deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals. From hot vinyasa to restorative, our classes are designed to help you tap into your atman and awaken your inner wisdom, so you can live a more authentic and fulfilling life. Whatever your level – there’s a class for everyone.

We are proud to offer a variety of classes at The Ātman Room to meet all your Wellness needs; heated and unheated, vigorous and gentle, physical and spiritual.
All you’ll need for each class is a mat (rentals available for $2.00), some water (also available for purchase), and a positive attitude (completely free of charge).

Classes at The Ātman Room

1 hour to 1 hour & 15 minutes

Heated | Hot 92-95 degrees | Hot Vinyasa is a vinyasa-based yoga class that includes pranayama (breathwork) and meditation alongside a flow designed by the instructor.

Hot Vinyasa

Heated | Warm 87-90 degrees | Vinyasa Light is a vinyasa-based yoga class lightly heated with all the components and amazing benefits of our Hot Vinyasa class at a slightly slower pace to refresh and recharge.

Vinyasa Lite

Not Heated | Begin by connecting movement with breath, awakening the body, and releasing tension. With each mindful movement, we invite a sense of openness, allowing energy to flow freely throughout. Next, we’ll delve into the art of rhythmic breathing to music, tapping into its transformative power to awaken our vital life force, igniting a sense of clarity and presence within. Finally, we’ll immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of sound, allowing the resonant frequencies to soothe and uplift us.

Morning Fusion

Not Heated | Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and unleash the power of primal movement. This dynamic class combines elements of yoga, animal flow, and functional movement to create a holistic and invigorating experience. Through dynamic sequences inspired by primal instincts and movement patterns, you’ll awaken dormant energies within, tapping into your primal wisdom. * Each class might include self-myofascial release, mobility work, breathwork, and different therapeutic techniques.

Primal Prana Flow: Embrace Your Primal Nature

Not Heated | For those seeking relaxation, stillness, and recovery from both physical and mental fatigue. This class invites you to explore gentle, supportive yoga poses that help your body to relax and release tension. The experience is further enriched by the harmonic vibrations of crystal sound bowls, renowned for their ability to realign and balance chakras and enhance overall well-being.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

1 hour & 15 minutes

Not Heated | YIN/Restore/MFR is a great way to cultivate mindful awareness and friendly curiosity by listening to your body and searching for any resistance.
Myofascial Release (MFR) and/or Meditation often accompany this class; both are lovely additions to create a deep mind/body connection.

Candlelit YIN

1 hour & 15 minutes

Not Heated | This class begins with yoga conditioning, flowing through mindful warm-ups and sequences to enhance flexibility, strength, and stability. As you progress, we’ll guide you towards more challenging postures, allowing you to expand your practice and deepen your connection with your body.

Core and Conditioning

Not Heated | Enhance your physical recovery and overall wellness with our MFR and Gentle Yoga class. This revitalizing class, while tailored for athletes, is open to everyone seeking to improve their flexibility and mobility. By incorporating gentle yoga and myofascial release techniques, participants will experience relief from muscle tension and tightness, as well as reduced stress and fatigue.

MFR and Gentle Yoga

Not Heated | This class is a great way to support whatever your goals may be: from increasing functional movement to advanced flexibility, every 90 minute class includes a thorough warm-up, conditioning exercises, dynamic and passive stretches that will activate your muscles and improve range of movement with strength and ease. You will develop better body awareness and proper alignment while safely beginning to explore more advanced asana like splits, deeper backbends, and creative inversions.

Flexibility Conditioning

Heated | Warm 87-90 degrees | Sculpt Yoga is ideal for those looking to add a more vigorous and holistic aspect to their practice, combining the calming benefits of yoga with the intensity of a strength and cardio workout.

Yoga Sculpt

1 hour

Heated | Hot 92-95 degrees| A power vinyasa-based yoga class that includes pranayama (breathwork) and meditation alongside a flow designed by the instructor. This class is a great way to build endurance, balance, strength, lung capacity, and mobility. This class has an extended Savasana at the end of class with cool lavender towels. All levels are welcome. Enjoy a Complementary Cold Brew Coffee bar after every Sunday morning 6 AM Class.
