Founder, Instructor, Health and Wellness Coach

Blending the fluidity of Vinyasa, the therapeutic nuances of Myofascial Release, Yin, and Meditation, with a keen focus on Yoga for Athletes, my sessions are enriched by the principles of Tantra – deep anatomical insights and energy alignment. Through pranayama and functional, organic movement, my practice encourages mindfulness, awareness, and an authentic connection to one’s self.

Kazumi | Pilates

Kazumi has a life long loving relationship with movement and exploring the connection with one’s body. Her journey began from an early age with ballet and gymnastics in Japan, and continuing to study as a dance major in college. Through her extensive background in dance, she found Pilates and Yoga, helping her to overcome pain. Yoga is in her life routine, helping to balance body and mind. She wants to connect with others through movement.

Will | Yoga

Will Glass began his yoga journey in 2007 in Phoenix, Arizona. His direct approach and engaging teaching style quickly earned him a loyal following. Drawn to the serene beauty of Kauai, Will moved to Hawaii in the winter of 2017 and has since made it his home.

At The Atman Room, Will’s passion for yoga is evident in every class. His straightforward manner and unique personality make his sessions both effective and enjoyable. Will also enjoys making fresh juices, which he often shares with friends and students.

While he loves to travel and explore new places, when he’s home on Kauai, you’ll find him teaching regularly and sharing his love for yoga with the community. Will’s classes cater to various levels, blending traditional asanas with his no-nonsense approach, ensuring each session is both beneficial and enjoyable.

Sam | Yoga

Decades of practice have brought me to a place I want to share with you. Through heat and asana we will cultivate serenity by training our reaction to those stressors. My intention is to guide you to your edge without judgment, and in accepting that place, over and over, we are enlightened! I offer a set sequence combining hot postures and flow that lets you witness your own growth week after week.

Cheyenne brings the same kindness and warmth to every aspect of her life, and her positive energy is contagious.

Kim | Yoga

Kim classes balance precision and playfulness, creating more strength and integrity in body, mind and spirit. She has two yoga teacher trainings in Alignment-based Vinyasa and Acroyoga, and has trained in Thai Yoga massage and bodywork under various osteopathic and somatic practitioners. Growing up with gymnastics, dance and acrobatics, she was naturally intrigued by somatics and the healing, devotional practices of yoga. Kim’s heart-opening sequences enable students to discover freedom and pleasure in movement, and soften perceived limitations with patience and grace.

Appelusa | Yoga

Appelusa is a Bronze Medal World Champion artistic roller skater and certified skating and BreathFit instructor. She is a recent graduate of Maharishi International University studying Consciousness and Ayurveda. As a certified Breathwork facilitator, she teaches the benefits of coherent breathing and intermittent hypoxia training. Additionally, Appelusa is certified in Biofield Tuning, Vibrational Fascia Release, Reiki, and Biofeedback and founded Light Body Energetics, a healing arts initiative. She is currently working on a certification to become a functional medicine practitioner.
Ayurveda is the science of self-healing. As Ayurveda teaches, to support others in their healing, you must authentically engage in your own.

Alika | Yoga

Island-born yoga instructor with a 30-year journey. Blending his passion for surfing with yoga, Alika’s classes cultivate inner peace and overall strength by placing emphasis on mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination, aiming for a quiet mind and pain-free life.
